Teaching ASSISTANT

As a Teaching Assistant (TA) at Ontario Tech University, I worked closely with both students and faculty to support the learning experience. I helped clarify course concepts during labs, tutorials, or discussion sessions, answered student questions, and offered guidance on assignments or projects. I also assisted with grading, provided feedback to help students improve, and helped manage the day-to-day flow of the course. Beyond the tasks themselves, I acted as a bridge between the students and the professor, making sure that communication stayed open and that students felt supported throughout the term.
